H.U.G.S Breastfeeding Café support for pregnant women & mothers

H.U.G.S., Helping Us Grow Strong, is a bimonthly in-person support group thoughtfully tailored for pregnant, breastfeeding/human milk feeding people who identify as Black. HUGS is facilitated by experienced Black lactation coaches and supportive parent peers. This unique gathering for Black birthing bodies provides a warm and inviting environment to connect, receive social support, exchange invaluable breastfeeding advice, engage in educational activities, and receive essential supplies to help encourage a successful breastfeeding/human milk feeding experience.
