H.U.G.S. Breastfeeding Café support for Black expecting families & birthing individuals

H.U.G.S., Helping Us Grow Strong, is a support group thoughtfully tailored for pregnant, breastfeeding/human milk feeding people who identify as Black. HUGS meets in person every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month and is facilitated by experienced Black lactation coaches and supportive parent peers. This unique gathering for Black birthing bodies provides a warm and inviting environment to connect, receive social support, exchange invaluable breastfeeding advice, engage in educational activities, and receive essential supplies to help encourage a successful breastfeeding/human milk feeding experience.
